In an article (here) out of India about Housing.com CEO Rahul Yadav, it appears that he will be giving all of his shares in the company to the employees of the company.
I do not know his motivations, and it appears there is some internal strife between him and the investors, but it is a grand gesture.
To me this represents an acknowledgement by a very ethical young man that employees are what create wealth, and that employees deserve an equitable portion of the profits they themselves generate.
Money alone, provided by investors, does not create a business. The money from investors, combined with the work provided by employees, creates a business. Therefor, logically, profits should be split between investors and employees, rather than only going to investors.
This man represents ethical humanity and shows the way forward for an ethical world.
